Teraflex shock travel question

Anyone know what the actual max lift the teraflex shocks that come with the 2.5" spring lift can handle? I know that the rear springs fall out without a guide.

There are separate teraflex shocks for 3.5-4".
you could run them with taller springs you may
lose wheel travel (droop) though.
What are you pondering????

I have a 1" spacer in the front to compensate for a rockhard front bumper and winch. I recently added a rockhard rear bumper and the rear is sagging. I am contemplating a rear 1" spacer or taller springs all around and shorter bumpstops.

If you're dropping and you add an inch, you'll be back to your starting point (more or less) so it's a non-issue. Either way, the shocks limit your down travel so the higher you go the less you can droop. No critical concerns.

Incorrect. The current 2.5" kits do not need rear coil guides. The original kits did because they used the longer 3"-4" shocks.

2.5" shock specs
ext travel compressed
Front: 24.880 9.470 15.410
ext travel compressed
Rear: 24.990 9.360 15.630

Thanks, I must have the older kit. They dont actually fall out but come back severely misaligned and would fall out if they where not screwed to the bottom perch. Do you have the numbers for the 3-4" shocks?

What I am debating is getting adjustable spacer/bumpstops and fine tuning articulation. Or just getting a rear 1" spacer to level it out.
