Poly tie rod question?

I installed the poly tie rod a couple of days ago. At the time I didnt have any locktite so I didnt use it. My jam nut came loose. I retightened and used medium strenght locktite. the problem is that i cannot seem to tighten the tie rod jam nut without the tie rod tilting ever so sliglty downward. Is this a problem? Why is it tilting down? I am using two wrenches, this is passenger side jam nut.

It's not a problem - the tie rod ends fix the position. It's all OK.
