MPG gain from plug wires? Really?

Alright, so here's what I'm looking at:

http://www.4wd.com/productdetails.aspx?partID=42220

Can anyone offer any advice as to this being true or false? It says 4 MPG and 15 Horses, but IDK if I buy that you can get all that from just a couple of plug wires. Let me know what you guys think.

“War is an ugly thing, but not the ugliest of things. The decayed and degraded state of moral and patriotic feeling which thinks that nothing is worth war is much worse. The person who has nothing for which he is willing to fight, nothing which is more important than his own personal safety, is a miserable creature, and has no chance of being free unless made or kept so by the exertions of better men than himself.” ~ John Stuart Mill

If I NEEDED plug wires, I'd consider them. I have a hard time believing those claims, but even a little smoother idle or something would make me happy (again, if I NEEDED them).

If I didn't need them, I'd say there is much better crap you can burn your money on. But I'm curious to hear from those running them. And if they mess with the FM/CB radios at all as well.
