Detroit nospin install ???

Just got my nospin from Detroit and was curious how hard is it to install these and what time frame, I bought new carrier bearings so I don't have to fool with removing the old ones, I'm a little intimidated by doing it as it will be my first rearend anything, but I have a shop press now lol, it's not the point to save money I just want to do it lol

its a 187sl-16D. the holes where the bolts for the ring gear go through had to be drilled out on mine.
