I liked the price of the bfh and the super stubby. Cutting the frame can be a deal breaker for some however.

I like the BFH better but went with the Brawler Lite because I did not want to cut the frame rails incase I ever wanted to bolt the stock stuff back on.

I put the BFH on the front of my 2 door and am contemplating the Brawler Lite without bar for my Unlimited.

I think it has more to do with the look you're going after than anything. With your flares I think the BFH with Trail Stinger would look the best or the Brawler Lite without the bar.

I followed the directions on my front BFH and cut 2" back on the frame. I'm going to pull it off shortly and cut another inch or so off so that it snugs up under the grill for extra stubbiness.

Either one will look great!

Marcus

My smittybilt winch is already up against the grille as it is, another inch and I'd be hardcore clearancing the grill!

^^^This for me as well. Also, I don't think that the Lite comes with a stinger option, which I wanted. So I opted for the BFH w/ trail stinger myself.

I was just going to but a 3K ATV winch on the front of mine because I'm so awesome I'll never need the winch.

As close as ours look, I can tell you exactly what yours would look like with a Brawler lite:

I don't think you can go wrong either way!

Me too, its getting powder coated this week. Plus I don't really care for the stock fogs, so my rigids will substitute.

With the rear, I do use my hitch a lot, but the front, the fogs aren't that great, but I'm skeered about cutting the frame.

Maybe one day I'll be ready to cut the frame and go all out. For now, I'm set up front and I am just thinking of maybe getting the Brawler rear 'cause, again, I don't want to cut the frame and I like having my hitch available in case I need it.

If it were down to looks alone, then I'd go BFH all the way so I could get a stinger. I don't care much for the small hoops up front.

I went Brawler Lite front so I didn't have to cut the rails because it was one of my first mods.

For the rear the fear of cutting the rails had subsided, but I wanted to retain my factory trailer hitch.

Either way you can't go wrong.

i'm in the same boat as all of you guys. i like the looks of the rear bfh, but i would like to be able to pull a utility trailer/pop up camper with me next year to moab, and with cutting the frame rails don't think that would happen. man. oh man.

I feel your pain my friend! Ha ha! I click on and off of it a few times a week thinking about how cool it would look/how bad that would hurt! Ha!

Nice! That is how I would have gone too if I had done the Brawler Lite. But I am looking forward to cut the Jeep this weekend.
