My River Raider Snorkel Install

Loved this snorkel! Instructions were great and hardware was excellent. Needed a band aid or two but alll in all it was a good install. The cowl corners did not bend back as in the instructions but none the less it worked out great! I recommend doing the airbox the night before if you have the time so the caulking dries. Took me roughly 7 hours doing it myself form start to finish including cleanup and prep time. Make sure you do some prep work and have a couple xtra 1/8" bits handy for the rivett holes. They break easy! Heres a few install pics.

Love it with that pre cleaner. The pre cleaner is a great filter system for getting the bigger garbage out and even when I run the pines in heavy dust or a dirt road locally behind someone the air filter is pretty clean. Only thing I would be worried about is if you go in deep water it splashing up and getting sucked in at that low of a height. If you dont do deep water often you should be good i would assume. I love that desert tan.

BAM. Me, "wonder what that was?" Tom, "pretty sure it was the top of something coming into contact with the bottom of your Jeep."
