Rear Track Bar Bracket, Weld on?

Does anyone know of a rear track bar bracket that I can weld on to my housing?
the stock bracket is toast

The shop (dealer) doing the work wants to replace the whole rear housing.
I'm thinking I should spend that money elsewhere and just get a new bracket to weld on.
Any Input?

Yes, but there's just something about him. Something around the eyes, I don't know, reminds me of... me. No. I'm sure of it, I hate him.

Any experience anyone?
Could I shop off the old bracket and put this one in in its place?

pretty sure rock krawler has one........and i think teraflex makes a complete rear axle kit, weld on, so maybe you could just ask them for the TB bracket out of that kit.....

here is the tera complete kit....

Yep thats pretty much what I need.

I havent talked to them about why they want to replace the whole housing yet.
The whole rear end was pushed about 4" to the driver side breaking the bracket off the housing.
Anybody see any real reasons to just go ahead and replace the whole thing?

Nope, get a good welder to weld on a quality bracket and it will be fine. If you got a new axle you would probably want to weld on a new bracket anyways. I run the TF bracket, but RK and Poly make great stuff too.

The best one i have found for full replacement is the tereflex bracket part number 3990080 from the full axle bracket kit.

I run the Superlift. Its a 2 piece bracket....1 welds to the axle and the other is sandwiched between and bolted. It hasn't let me down over 30,000 miles and lots of abuse.
