2012 JK Transmission shifting issue

Hi guys,

I am posting this here to see if anyone out there may have ran into a situation similar or someone can help troubleshoot.

I have a 2012 JKUR, D44s with 4.10s on 37's with 17's.
.
This issue started awhile back after installing a Pedal Commander. I have had a Superchips Flashpaq installed (91 tune for appx 2 years or so as well), I started to feel what seems like trans slippage, and over the last 8-12 months it has gradually gotten worse.

I have sold the Pedal Commander now to eliminate that as an issue. I have reverted the Superchips back to stock MULTIPLE times now.

I have replaced IAT sensor, MAP sensor, catalytic converters, and an entirely new trans and torque converter now as of this last weekend. As soon as we went to test drive it, same slippage and whine/whistle under load.

I went to the dealer yesterday and had them reflash the PCM/TCM and Clear the transmission adaptives now as well and nothing has changed.

Im at a dead end and don't know what else to do.

I can drive it, but cannot accelerate hard without high rpms and then it wont down shift unless I barely get on the gas to get to speed.

Thanks in advance for any help or advice you may have.

Also, zero codes showing up for anything, and replaced Tranny cooler to a RIPP unit. https://cloud.tapatalk.com/s/5cf66d10...0194172695.mp4https://cloud.tapatalk.com/s/5cf66d13...6665011245.mp4
