Strange grinding/vibe. At a loss please advise

I have a 2009 JKU with a 3.5 RC lift on 35”. I’m getting a strange vibration or grinding noise when the front and/or rear end compresses. It’s more prominent when there is weight in the back seat or cargo area. It sounds/feels like it’s coming from under the drivers seat or front passenger side. When it occurs, it seems there is a slight loss of power. Kind of like when the esp kicks in. I’m at a loss. The stealership said all is good. Anyone have ideas? This is driving bonkers! Also, related to this or not, holding a right turn, there is a steady vibration heard and felt slightly in the steering wheel. This is not death wobble. I have fixed that already.
