Jeep Speed Shop Cruise Control Switch

I received my cruise control switch from Jeep Speed Shop today. Weather permitting, tomorrow I will be taking the dash apart.

Thank you Todd and Liz for shipping it out to me.

Is the switch dealership available if it ever goes bad, or do I have to order it from you?

I will let you know how it goes, and try to take some photos on how to swap it in.

Who is this Liz and why do we coincidentally have a new member named Liz asking about LS/Hemi swaps?

That is his assistant. She is really nice, super helpful, answers the phone, and generally just gets the logistics done! I dont know anything about a Liz asking about Hemi/LS Swaps.

Based on the line of questioning, and very poor grammar something smells fishy....

Yep, that thread does seem very fishy. For not being a mechanic, she appears to be very "enlightened" to the ins and outs of engine swaps. She knows damn well what she's talking about. Wonder if she's hot?

I dont think it is connected. JSS used to do LS swaps. He had told me before I bought mine that he swapped because of reliability. I wonder if it is more of a emissions passing thing. I think in this case, it is just coincidence.

I just saw all this.
She (Liz) PM'd me and basically insinuated that Robbie was some kind of weirdo.

Oh, you have to post that shit right up. Please share with the fellas.

Maybe we can send Liz a doll and a sharpie.

Of course Robbie is a weirdo, he probably sees in code like the Matrix. Don't touch his ears.

Ya, that would be pretty fucked up for one vendor to be doing to another vendor.

Let's see what Stub has to say. It's nothing earth-shattering if it's really a lone individual. If it's JSS being sneaky, that is another story.

Here we go again , a new round of A-R-B or Purple Narcissistic behavior to fuel to imagination or factual fun times !
I had my reservations about Liz in the other thread , yeah fishy would be an understatement .

But I haven't touched Robbies ears either , but if you could without being called a weirdo , maybe just maybe some of that knowledge might just rub off on you . Ya never know .

That's great news. Glad it's up and working for you.

Is it just a factory part that works? Or has it been modified?

He does something to the inside of the switches to make the signal changes.
