ProRock 44 Setup Kit

I bought a used PR44 Unlimited setup for standard locker (not rubicon). It came with 35 spline axles. I'm getting the ARB RD-147 locker for it but a little confused on the setup kit. Is it the same setup kit for the rear Dana 44?

The center section, and tubes are all larger than stock, but they are milled to accept standard D44 differential. All this assumes you are talking about a Jeep JK. Hopefully you got it from Carbon Offroad. They have the best warranty out of all of the makers, and they use Currie parts.

I bought it from a forum member. "...standard D44 differential." That's the confusing part. What is a standard D44 Differential? The JK Rubicon D44 is different than the rear JK D44 and due to the gear thickness a different differential than the TJ D44. Are the TJ D44 and JK rear D44 bearings the same? If ordering a master setup kit for the front PR44 on my 2014 JK with the ARB AR-147 Locker should I order the JK Rear D44 setup kit?

Let me clarify with you. This is a rear axle?

Ahh, now I understand. No, it's the front axle.

I called Dynatrac and they told me it's a mix bag of parts to install. For anyone else's reference here's what he told me. My setup is a ProRock 44 Front Housing (Unlimited though that doesn't matter) for a JK. I also have 35 spline axles which is not the norm.

Pinion:
Bearings - Spicer 707064X and 706015x
Nut - Chrysler 5191197AA
Seal - Spicer 2004670
Slinger - Spicer 2005565
Crush Sleeve (JK Dana 44 Crush Sleeve)
JK Dana 44 Pinion Shim Pack

Ring Bolts -701071-10
Dana 44 Standard Shim Pack

35 Spline Axle Seals - (Dana 60 Seals) - Spicer 36487

ARB RD-147 - Differential setup for 35 spline axles
Carrier Bearings will come with the differential
