I triple-concur w the above.

You’re better off running a set of factory exhaust manifold replacements on the 3.8l ...for various reasons....

I ran a set of the gibson ceramics for years and got sick of melting wires every 3 months so went back to cheap Dorman or Crown manifolds

I have a never-used passenger side manifold. Crown, I think. You need it?

Ok. Yeah my driver was the only one cracked as well. You could try some of the metal patch stuff available at auto parts stores. I did that first and it held for about a year. You'd need to find the crack tips and drill them out and then bevel the holes for best results. I think I missed one of mine. That route would be about $5.00 and a couple of hours, or cost of manifold + maybe three hours. I've heard the replacements are supposed to be more reinforced at the original weak points. Good luck!

Hopefully you don't find a broken manifold bolt like I did. It's a real pain to drill them out.

Rockauto has best prices. I would also replace the manifold Bolts while you’re into it to avoid what A_ridder mentioned.

I replaced both of mine with a pair of Dorman and manifold bolts and has held up good
