Wheel Studs for D60 Front Axle

I am in the preparation phase of a D60/14B swap (http://https://www.jkowners.com/foru...ld-thread.html) and am ready to drill my front axle hubs and rotors, but I'm having a bit of difficulty selecting the correct wheel studs and drill sizes.

I have a 2002 F350 Dana 60 front axle that I will be converted to 8x6.5 with 14mm x 1.5 wheel studs.

In case it matters the rear end is a 2003 GMC 2500 14 bolt.

I need to know the correct wheel studs for the front hubs?

Also what is the proper interference fit to use for drill select?

And then lastly what sort of fit should I use for the rotor holes?

Thanks,

Pete

Use a 15.25mm bit for the stud holes. As far as wheel studs. I personally donít see an issue changing the front studs to match the rear. If you get the measurements from the dorman site for the 2002 studs 14x2.0 and whatever the length is and get some for a 2003 F250 wheel studs which would be 14x1.5. I would imagine the lengths would be pretty much the same

A quick study of the Dorman website netted this:

2002 F350
Dorman 610-424:
Under Head Length: 74.68
Knurl Diameter: 15.98
Shoulder Length: 14.99

2003 F350
Dorman 610-530
Under Head Length: 78
Knurl Diameter:15.9
Shoulder Length:1.008" (25.6mm)

Dorman 610-509
Under Head Length: 73.4
Knurl Diameter: 15.93
Shoulder Length: 0.675" (17.15mm)

Am I correct in feeling that the 610-530'a 25.6mm shoulder will cause issues. The 610-509 also has a longer shoulder than the stock, but only by about 2mm.

There is also Dorman 610-565:
Under Head Length: 81.95mm
Knurl Diameter: 15.85mm
Shoulder Length: 0.4" (10.16mm)

This is practically 5mm short of the OEM course threaded studs.

Which is the better way to go?
