JSS battery tray wire harness clearance??

Working on a hemi swap with the JSS battery tray. Todd's video and other photos show the lower wire bundle running under the tray, between the tray and the fender bracket. I'm trying this but the stock plastic inner fender liner wants to occupy the same space. I also cut the corner off of the tray where the wire bundle comes up to the TIPM, but that didn't free up much space. Have any of you either modified the liner or found an aftermarket liner that will work? I could just run it up beside the battery but I want to keep space available for the dual battery setup.

I ran mine under the tray. My fender liner reinstalls fine. I too considered running within the try along the fender but it will interfere with battery placement especially if you plan to run a dual battery setup. Let me know if you need a pic. I PMed my number yesterday. Was checking I. To see how th eheaders worked out and if you have any more pics

Thanks again for your help. Not sure what's going on with my liner but I may just take a heat gun to move some of it so it won't rub that lower harness.

No new pics of the header situation but I did just finish modifying my gas tank skid plate by moving the front curved portion in about 2". I cut the whole curved part off, back to the first bolt hole, trimmed some of the horizontal section, welded it back on and added some 3/16" plate pieces to tie it all back in. Hopefully that will allow enough room for the pass side exhaust to route that way instead of in front of the trans crossmember.
