Need a heavy duty front track bar bracket for UD60

I recently broke my front track bar bracket clear off the axle coming out of Pritchett canyon. Engineered it with a clevis and 3 straps. Drove it all the way out. You may notice the bolt in the picture being a way out. Needed to do that to tuck the bar close to axle to secure it better. Who has the most stout weld on to fit my Ud60?

Artec? Call and see if they can confirm it works on the ud60.

Thanks! Poly Performance sells it, but it is a Synergy bracket.

Yes. We have two versions. One will fit the stock 2.5" axle tubes and one will fit oversized 3" axle tubes. It is a weld-on bracket, so will fit anything somewhat close to a 3" axle tube.

I will third the Synergy bracket for the application. It comes with tabs for the hydro ram as well.

Not a fan of having the track bar and ram mount off the same bracket. Just un-needed compound strain in my opinion.

As long as the bracket is designed to take the load from the ram, it is a non-issue.

I beefed up the factory UD60 bracket and have been running it with PSC Hydro and 40s for three years without failure. As AllJump said there is nothing wrong with doing it this way if the bracket is done correctly.

I'm a fan of the currie do far....shoukd be able to mount right on the 3 5 tube without too much grinding it out. After talking to the guys there, I'm probably sold on it. Marcus......do you see any issues with it?

I am very close to buying a set of UD60s..can you elaborate on what you did to the bracket? BTW, I am likely going to buy the axles and PSC ram from you ;-)

For that matter can I pay you to brace it before shipment for a small fee?

Here you go brother! Let me know if you have any questions. I meant to come back here and post pictures but I got distracted the other day.

Here's how I reinforced my TB bracket. I also welded up the insides of the shock brackets because I used them for the coil overs.
