JSS Hemi + AEV air box

Hey everyone. Is anyone on here using the AEV Hemi air box cover with the Jeep Speed Shop intake adapter? If so, where did you put the ports for your Intake Air Temperature sensor and crankcase vent line? I'm trying to avoid drilling into the new air box cover if possible. Here's a pic of the setup I'm talking about.

This is from one of Todd's older threads on his VVT truck hemi kit. I'm going to be using the same air box mod and I have tried to contact Todd...

Uh oh, hope you're not having problems!

I have just a little more work on the engine and I'll get started on my swap.

No no problems. A little over two years trouble free. With exception of changing out the radiator due to leakage. He was just difficult to get. Ahold of when I had questions. If you are in the process you are better off having a couple guys on speed dial for pressing questions . Itís how I survived, and many do so as well.

Just in case anyone else out there is wondering, Todd sent me a couple of pictures showing where he taps into the AEV Hemi air box cover for the IAT sensor and the crankcase vent:
