Procomp ES9000's vs. stock shocks w/adapters

Running a 4" lift & 35's, I have the Procomp ES9000's which are fine off road but make the JK ride like a TJ on the road.

If I get adapters to make the length right and put my stock shocks back on will it improve the ride, or is it not worth messing with? My JK had less than 5,000 miles on it when I did the lift so the stock shocks are practically brand new.

Most of the harsh ride has to do with the spring rate of procomp they are not the most forgiving. You will never get the travel from your stockers needed for the 4" kit. I would try some Bilstein 5100's. I vote we get you some RK 3.5 springs for your current kit and see how that helps.

Oh, yeah I marked a spot in the GPS where I think the river had swelled over the road... like actual flowing water. Didn't try to cross it... yet We can check it out tomorrow, see ya in the A.M.
