Spent lots of time flexing it out, adjusting air bump height (threaded air bumps for the win!), and cutting things.

Ended up realizing the front bumper couldn't clear 40's

Ditched the PSC bumper and upgraded to a really nice VKS Fab bumper (love this thing!) and Warn Zeon winch (has already seen lots of use).

Did a little urban wheeling and got ready for EJS.

In May I went out and tuned a race truck and the Jeep on Fox 2.5 IBP shocks with DSC Adjusters.

Here are some tuning videos.

Hit some rocks while out at Johnson Valley. Also used the winch to rescue the race truck from the mud.

Went back out to J.V. making it two weekends in a row. They say it's not a job when you love what you do, and they're correct!

Woke up early and did more shock tuning on the Fox 2.0 JK shocks. Now have two tunes. The original is good for exploration type wheeling with a super smooth ride, but will still let you play in the whoops a bit. The new "Johnson Valley Tune" is good for going fast. JK's with 5"+ of up travel and air bumps can straight get after it!

Then I took the JK up Clawhammer and Wrecking ball with a bunch of Toyota's and an Ultra 4 car. It was a ton of fun, and also full of carnage. Time for one tons and better sliders.

I believed you mentioned this is a 4.5" lift in another thread. Is that correct?

Whose front springs are you using?

Lol! Didn't even realize that was in the picture. Bought it from a shop who "customized" their graphics for me. There are a few more gems in the first pic.

We developed and installed an LCG coilover kit on our JK. It removes all the ugly factory brackets and welds on a simple tower that fits 2.0's and 2.5's.

MORE DETAILS ON THE KIT IN THIS THREAD: https://www.jkowners.com/forum/modifi...-off-road.html

Then we started testing IBP's with only 3" of lift and 4" of up travel. Pics from Thanksgiving at JV.

We were also managed to bend the front axle. Testing is hard on vehicles!

Testing went really well and I was blown away how well it worked for the first time in the dirt with IBP's and 4" of up travel. With that little up travel every tiny bit of travel needs to be perfectly controlled to deliver the ride quality and performance expected from bypass shocks. We still have more to do, but it's pretty damn close. Hope to have it wrapped up in the next month.
