Ground locations in the engine bay 07-11

I am chasing a gremlin on my LS swap and one potential issue is I may have missed hooking up a ground wire. I can not get any power to my fuel pump nor can I get the gauge in the instrument cluster to register anything besides empty. I have chased the harness up and down and cant find anything loose. I checked with a meter both the fuel pump fuse and where the fuse plugs into in the TIPM and there is no power going to that during the fuel pump prime cycle when you go key hot. The ground wire is grounded correctly for the fuel pump though as I get continuity from the end of that wire and the negative terminal on the battery.

I have 3 different grounds on the passenger side inner fender and one on the drivers side close to the brake booster. What am I missing as far as grounds?

Whatever this is it is on the jeep side and does not seem to be related to the swap components.
