What shocks are you 1 ton guys running?

As the title says, in the middle of my 1 ton swap (super duty 60 and 14 bolt). Getting close to wrapping it up and I need some new shocks. I will also be swapping in an LS and wanted to find out what kind of shocks are recommended for this kind of set up. I am not a hard core rock crawler but do crawl, I am not an all out desert racer, but will be hitting the dunes from time to time. Basically need a good all around shock maybe with some adjustment for rebound and damping would be nice. I really dont know what I need, just thought maybe some knowledge from this group would point me in the right direction to start some research.

Nice rig thedirtman. Coil overs are on my future upgrade list. I just can't pull it off with the engine/trans/axle swap this year.
Next year perhaps.

The search continues....

Currently running 14" 2.5 ADS coilovers, contemplating going to 16" ORI struts and taking my JK from Jeep to Juggy.

If you want to go fast I'd recommend a 2.5 with DSC Adjuster and internal bypass or race piston. If you're just going fast for short stints then a 2.0 with remote reservoir is ok too.
