circle track wheels

jknick and i are looking at some 15's for his JK to mount up some swampers for off road use only...

has anyone tried anything like this:

http://www.summitracing.com/parts/CLM-400151012-3S/

they're available in 2, 3, 4, and 5" backspacing...

they don't list an offset... i'm just wondering..

those are just over priced "certified for racing" cregar/us wheel/whoever "D" window style wheels.
Now yes, you can get cheaper than those circle track wheels, just be careful as some are made of thinner stamped steel to be lighter.

If they are for off-road use: pick up some cheap as fuck "wagon" wheels in white ($30) and spray paint them whatever color

I've been running generic 'D' 15 x 8 wheels. 3.75 backspacing. $45 at a local big ten tires with caps and lugnuts. i had to grind over the front calipers to make it fit with all the rims. i understand the cast wheels work without issue. i think they have these in black.

Buddy of mine has the bart wheels. There not the same as any other D window wheel. His are heavy as hell! 1/4" thick centers. same style wheel just not a stamped piece of sheet metal like most.

Hey Ryan, do you remember Tanner (with the big orange TJ, screenname coppertj)? He ran Areo(sp) racing beadlocks for years without many issues. He bent one or two, but were cheap enough that it didn't matter. If you want his number to figure out what type he ran, let me know.
