Rear anti rock with stock e-disco

Well aside from the stock control arms, I think the rear swaybar must be the limiting factor on my jeeps rear. I'm running the AEV 4.5" kit and this rear tire is well off the ground, doesn't seem like much droop to me.

This is the same place, tried to take the same pic, unhooked on the left side.

I run the rockstar mounts in the rear, so the shocks have a lot of droop, they're almost maxed on stuff. I know everyone pretty much loves the antirock, but I couldn't find a thread with the rear AR and stock e disco. How much would it free up the rear?

Heres the crappy pic from the front

Why not just unbolt it and do the same thing?

I have unbolted my stock rear, with no increase in articulation. That sucker is thin!

So I just leave it on there since it makes no difference to me off road.

Did you get longer rear swaybar links? If they are too short, they'll go straight and not allow it to pull down on the swaybar anymore. The factory rear swaybar with the proper links should allow you to flex it out completely until your shock is fully extended.
Before dumping money on a anti-rock I'd check:
Swaybar link length
Shock length
Binding arms
IMO, the factory rear swaybar tension isn't enough to cause tires to lift if all of the above are addressed.

For example...
Here you can see my rear tire(while my front is on my buddies 40) is still on the ground and I still run my factory rear swaybar. Sorry I don't have a better pic for you.

There was really no difference in flex? Is something else on your rig holding up the rear? I might try it just to see like you said.

PhilD runs them front and rear so he might be a good source to talk to about this.
Here was his thread:

The kit does come with longer rear links, but I'm gonna check it out this evening by unbolting it, gonna measure the shocks at full droop also just to be sure

I run anti rocks front and back. My problem was shock length. I am betting that your problem is your shocks.

I bet you money that if you unbolt a shock and flex it out it will droop enough that your spring will fall out.

Wow, I have more droop than that with a 4" lift and factory sway bar connected, especially with my Fox shocks.

The Evo Rockstar skids I have relocated the lower sway bar link mount tab up a lil bit. W/o longer sway bar links you will lose some down travel if the sway bar links are not addressed.
