Enough shock travel with Mopar 2" and Rubicon Express 1.75 spacers

I have a 2" Mopar lift (bought the Rubi used with it already on there) with the Bilstien shocks it comes with. Im wanting to add some RE 1.75 for a couple of reasons. I actually do not want my jeep to sit that taller but I am trying to solve a couple of issues at once. The main issue is that Im wanting to install a set of AEV control arm drops, mainly for caster correction (unfixable right hand pull) but also for ride improvment, and in order to install them I need to be within their guidelines of distance (7-9")for bottom spring seat to frame distance. Right now im about 6" from the bottom of my front springs to the bottom of the frame. The second and much smaller issue is that my rig has sagged a tad from adding bumpers and Im rolling 35" MTRs. So my question is, if I add the 1.75" spacers, will I have enough shock travel with the Bilstiens? Also is there anyone who makes a quality spacer between a .75 and 1.75? I would really like a 1 1/4" spacer ideally. Every one I find seems to be .75" then straight to 1 3/4". thanks!
