Auto and rpm's ?

Those of you with autos, 37's, and 5/13's.

What are your rpms like at 70 mph?

Gracias

Use http://www.grimmjeeper.com/gears.html to estimate it.

I used 36.25" for the tire height and got ~2200 rpm.

FWIW, that calculator is dead on for my setup (35" MT/R Kevlars at 34.25", 5.13's, and 6spd).

I should not hijack but you went 5.13s with a 6 speed & 35s??

Seems like it should be way higher than that! I'm higher RPM at 70 with 3.73s and the same setup otherwise. I'll look on the way home.

The 2200 number is what I think HIS setup should be with 37's and an auto.

My 70mph RPM is ~3000. I was just sayin' that this calculator hit that number on the button and it's exactly what my speedo reads at 3000rpm.

Dayum! LOL! Sorry man, I misread your post.

Do you get terrible mileage or what? Mine is pretty driveable with 3.73s & 35" MTRs. Man I'm a hijacker. Sorry.
