Cop truck sema project

Not sure why I am going to do this to myself, but I am still under the impession that a few of you guys and gals might like to watch something like this come together as well as all the work a build like this takes, and the other thread that was started on my build really had nothing to do with the build. We are making a 2 door jk truck complete with a 6 foot wooden bed out of a 4 door jk. Mopar and River Raider did some awesome work on theirs, and is the standard that I hope this build will live up to. We will also be doing a true 4link front and rear suspension that we are building, brand new BFG 39" Kevlar trophy truck tires, 17" method race wheels, as well as motor and dana upgrades. The thought of being able to take an atv or a couple of dirt bikes with you when heading out for the weekend was intreaging, so here goes. Yes, the cage will tie into the frame, the suspension will be really nice, and new, the bed should be outstanding, metal work is off the charts. Really would be great if we could keep the thread openions on the build. Their are plenty of other threads out there for the haters. I have never built a jeep here, and would like to, so here goes.

From the photos on facebook, is the wheel well staying in the same place and only the tub behind it being stretched?

we streatched the inner fender/wheelwells to match the existing outer fender openings, planning on using either bushwacker or Zenons for the outside fenders

I have a arrington 90mm throttle body that has two nasty nosels comming from it, and a 150 shot nitrous tank I have been saving for some time now. Probabbly will do a used vvt 5.7 and do the nitrous for the time being, then I can change it over to any hemi motor if and when I get a buyer, thats the plan, top end, way more than the jeep can handel, but it should get to 100mph pretty fast, anything over that is just plain stupid

Sorry, somebody had asked about the motor but pulled it as I was answering the question, it will have maybe a soft top, maybe a hard top, maybe a custom slant back using the stock freedon tops, maybe a bekini, maybe chop up a wild boar, not sure yet, but probabbly something similar to the nukisier, which is about 2 days work for my guys. Just depends on what and if I get a customer for it, and what he wants, none of the above are hard to do, just different levels of $.

I wish the pics were larger in the thread and I'm interested to see how this turns out. You definitely put a "different" twist on things.

Your spelling is horrendous.

08 Unlimited - Flame Red "Lucy"
2.5" RC Coils & 33" KM2 on stockers

08 JK - Stone White "The Goat"
2.5" BB, 35" MTRs on 15s, Rubi sliders - just the beginning

Looks good Camp. It will be very unique. Just because some don't like it does not mean you should not post up some pictures of it. After all, it seems "bad press" gets more attention than anything else lately.
