Extra Fuel Tank

Has anyone installed a custom baffled 20 plus gallon fuel tank in the rear of the JK?

Not talking about Genrght. I am already running the Genright fuel tank and have taken out the factory fuel tank on a 4 door JK. The suspension, coilovers and Bypass setup forced me not using factory tank.

I did. But why would you want to replace the Genright? If you have a CAD drawing of what you want, Boyd fuel cells is the way to go and that is who I used. http://www.boydwelding.com/

I had what would be considered a fairly complex design and I paid around $650 shipped and it is every bit the quality of Genright.

They had me send in the sending unit and rollover valves (I used YJ valves). Then they build the tank so everything fits. I modified the sending unit to be about 5" taller as well. I'm running a double triangulated rear and had to move everything around, but it was an easy project. The fuel fill is still in the same location though.

Here are a few pics. I will have to grab some of it in the Jeep.

EVAP

$55 pump ring since the $200 Genright ring is a ripoff.
