You just gonna cover the holes with new armor? If so, I'd just leave them. I see them just spinning if you try to drill them out like bigworm said.

What about using a step drill? Slowly drill away the face until you're able to punch it through. I can't doing it without the threaded section being lost behind the panel.

Can't you resuse the holes with the new armor? That is what I did.

When the nutsert crushes the diameter increases significantly, especially on the inside. I had to remove one and found a 3/4" hole saw was the exact size. I personally wouldn't go to town on a bunch of them that way.

You could cut the lip off and squeeze as noted above, but you would only be able to push it in and not pull it out. Not sure having a bunch of nutserts in the body is ideal.

I'm not sure how they will line up yet, if at all. I'm sure the EVO corners and the Smitty ones are going to be way different.

The EVO already can tell take twice as many to mount as the Smitty and I'm sure my luck none will line up lol

Did you already get them? If not, ask if they can send without the holes drilled and then drill your own. Use the current armor as a template.

they are already in my buddies garage. I am getting a deal on them so I will make them work.

I have to change my rock rails in order to properly cage it. to change the rock rails like I want I have to change my corners. LOL. damn domino effect.

I will find a way. Just didnt really know of there was a good way for removal besides letting them lay inside.

Honestly, just leave them in. You won't see them. The body panel is stronger with them in anyway.
