450 lb. Low Lift Transmission Jack - will this work?

Wondering if anyone has any experience with this jack from Harbor Freight, normally I don't buy their crap, but I'll probably use this once (with any luck) and I'd like to pull the tranny (manual) and T case in one piece, I see they have an 800lb version as well, I'm thinking the JK Tranny/T Case, should be under the 450?
