Any tips on swapping out a 6spd on a 07 JKU?

Well it finally blew, so I'm going to pull it this weekend, seems pretty straight forward, but any insight would be appreciated. it has a Long arm in it so the cross member is from the suspension kit. Do I need to pull the TC or can I slide it back, I haven't really looked yet.

just changed the auto in my jeep, it was pretty easy using a lift, we did pull t-case, hardest part was removing the river raider skids since the bolt heads were all smashed to hell. can imagine not much different on a stick, just less wires.we took exhaust off to, we cut it where its straight along driver side and un bolted from manifolds, then i used a coupler and band clamps DONT use the shitty u bolt style clamps or it will never come off again and it will leak. the band clamps are more money but can come off and wont leak. i dont think we ran into any problems other than skid plate bolts.

the slave is connected with two nuts and can be removed and moved out of the way. You wont have to mess with the res, the clutch system shares the brake res
