Painting Front Bumper

My Front bumper is starting to get some rust spots and im thinking about redoing it. http://moparonlineparts.com/jeep-wra...er-p-3324.html
Anyone have any suggestions on what type of paint to use. I dont want it shiny looking. Something like a flat black would be good. I need a paint that will hold up good and not chip like the one it has on it. Any tips would be appreciated.

I like rustoleum flat black for outdoor stuff. Will post a link in a moment. Getting ready for my best friend(like a little sister to me)'s wedding

I also use this stuff on my welding helmet and molten metal splatter from MiG doesnt even hurt it

Might i add; it has a finish similar to rough chalkboard. And writes/cleans off like one

Ive used rustoleum spray on bed liner. It looks good but scratches off very easy. I am having the bumper powder coated now for about $150

i use rustoleum spray on etching primer and then lay on three light coats of rustoleum truck-bed liner and it has lasted for three years on my TF extruded aluminum rock rails , the trampstamp -license-plate delete from TnT and my expedition one front bumper ...so well ,in fact, that people that i tell cant believe these arent powder coated. its just gotta be cleaned and then patiently coated in multiple light spray ons after the primer coat......

Do you have a powder coating shop nearby?

They're very reasonable around here and sandblast during the prep process.
