What does the optimal lift consist of?

so here is the question for a 4 dr wanting a 2.5 inch lift what does th optical kit concept of,. let me clarify
the purpose is to gain minor height for bigger tires ( 35) and more ground clearance but not too high
improve ride over stutter bump trails

So i know you need at least adjustable track bars cols decent longer travel shocks
longer brake lines and ?
but what other elements do you need a drag link steering correction drive shaft?

and what kits in general are out there that supply all of these components
I think rock krawler and aev and may be OME these others?
mopar?

what parts to stay away from

You'll want an adjustable front track bar, coils, rear track bar relocation bracket, sway bar link extensions, and possibly something to correct your caster setting on the front end. This can be accomplished with adjustable or fixed length lower control arms, correction brackets, or left alone to see how you feel about it initially. Lots of 2.5" lifts out there without any caster correction with happy owners.

Our go-to kits are the Rock Krawler 2.5 Stock Mod or 2.5 Flex. Both are excellent choices and the Flex includes front lowers and front brake lines while the Stock Mod is just coils, shocks, track bar, track bar relocation bracket, and sway bar disconnects.

If you have any questions feel free to give me a call. We also carry TeraFlex, Synergy, AEV, Clayton, Rubicon Express, ect, ect.

Welcome to JKO!

Marcus
