Has anyone done one recently in a JK? We are trying to piece together information about the kit parts and installation. We bought kit from Bruiser, got scammed by a third-party and pieces are missing, but customer support from Jeff and Bruiser has been pretty lackluster and sometimes lacking completely.
Can anyone help please?

Your profile says you have a 2014 JK. Is that what you are trying to put it in? Going to be a little different than the typical conversion. I vaguely recall someone did it on a 2012+, but not sure.

I had posted an informational list of the scammer and all his alias's so everyone I can reach is made aware of lies, but he keeps popping up under new names. Just stay away from a small shop in southern Indiana who claims to do conversions for a good price!

I know Jeff at Bruiser has been in the process of opening a larger shop and working on some new swap stuff. All of my dealings with him have been spot on.

You won't here from them at bruiser. I had a diesel conversion done and have tried to contact them for months with issues.

I know Jeff very well , If he didn't sell you the kit he has no responsibility to provide you with tech . Just because you got scammed by some random dude , you shouldn't expect Jeff to bail you out of a mess you created by going for the low bidder , The US Government does this all the time , you will find out for your self one day that you get what you PAY FOR , nothing more nothing less .

Jeff is working on many paying projects currently , this is how you stay in business .

Yeah, if I buy a Rock Krawler part from 4wp's, they install it, it doesn't work well and 4wp's fucks around on me, if I called Rock Krawler, they'd take care of me. Because they are a solid company.

Yeah, it's on Bruiser at this point. It's called customer service. Refer to the thread about 505 and their stroker engine if you want everyone's general opinion about CS. Especially because their kit is anything but cheap.

That is just one stupid sentence followed by another. If Brusier wants a rep as being a company to avoid they should hire you as their PR man.

There are countless threads on here where companies have stepped up to help folks when they didn't directly sell something and even when is was another companies product. Robbie at Motech and RK come to mind here, along with many others.
