Beadlock Soft 8s?

Anyone know a reputable place to have beadlocks done on my soft 8s? I am between this and just doing Staun internals

any decent welder can do them.....i've done 20-25 sets ...there easy as sin to do

but if you are not going to do them yourself the price difference is kind of silly

its like this soft 8.....75bux .....beadlock kit 60 per wheel plus bolts.....add labor and you could buy beadlock already done........high-impact rock-8 beadlock are only 200 a wheel......

I have not seen a set of DIY beadlocks that was not a flat ring either. The curved ring on the Allied/High Impact/Raceline beadlocks centers the tire and seals on the whole bead surface.

I would much prefer this set up for a rig that will see street use.

These are pictures of the aluminum Racelines that use the same beadlock ring as the High Impact/Allieds.

Notice the round "bubble" in the ring that holds the bead? Makes for a much tighter air seal and easier to balance.

ya that is what I want! I don't want the big rings, they hold too much crud in em. Those are allied on your rig? Allied is what I was just looking at

Yes. Allieds. I ran them on my Jeep and truck. That is why I have the Racelines on the JK.

I built this old 1 ton Chevy Crew cab so we could use it for trail clean up and maintenance. We run it on Allied beadlocks and 37s.

Ran these on the TJ for about 7 years with no issues of leaking or balancing at all. (notice that the center holes are different between the truck and Jeep)

The whole point of the truck was to draw attention to the fact that we were out there taking care of our trails and not just tearing them up.

We actually "recycled" the truck itself. It was found in a field next to a barn. "MrK5" on ColoradoK5.com made the decals for the truck. I'm sure he would be happy to help you get some for your group.

I think I may run with your idea and make some stickers, or magnets, that would fit us. I already run around with large magnets on the side of my rig when out for GLFWDA, but I like this idea a bunch. Thanks!

Edit: Hope you don't mind, but I just posted your photos over there.
