Thoughts on Possible JK build

So I have a 07 unlimited rubicon. I bought it becuase I needed a daily driver with more space and better gas milage (and I am doing a 1ton swap and strecth on my TJ). I want to keep it simple bc I dont want to start the chain reaction of stuff failing. I wont be doing anything crazy in this thing, just want something that can handle daily driving and mild expedition type trail rides, and get away from the minivan look.

Heres the start:

Lift: TF 2.5" Budget boost, I will just keep the Rubi shocks for now. I want to keep the stock ride close as possible

Wheels and Tires: I have a set of spyderlocks already so that takes care of that. Probably going to run 37" GY MTR's.

Armor: Poison Spyder Fender Flares front and rear for max tire clearence. All the appropriate trimming as well. I already have a Poison Spyder Evap skid.

Axles: Upgrade the shafts on the rear. Front will be sleeved, gusseted, new shafts, etc. Already got Poison spyder diff covers.

Steering: Here is where I kinda want to go overkill. Probably end up doing the PSC hydro assist set up with beefy track bars and drag link. I would rather invest in something like this where it can act as a stabilizer and help push the tires around without wearing out everything else.

Thought and input would be great.

Since this is primarily a daily driver type, maybe go with 35s instead of 37s.

Save money on the tires, fuel etc...
