Back Under the Knife

I have a few things going on right now, nothing new for those that know me.

One side of the axle cleaned up

New poly track bar and hydro assist brackets

New lower control arm brackets

Currie upper control arm johnny joints

Redneck ram hydro assist.

Looks good BodyGuy. I guess the sale of the XJ is funding mods for the JK, huh? I'm thinking of selling my motorcycle to give my JK mod fund a nudge.

You mean "gone" as in sold....right? Or is it now a rock-buggy?

The XJ's sale is funding these "repairs" upgrades. It went to a good home and I still get to work on it.

I got a little bit done today
outer tube on the right side

track bar bracket and upper control arm johnny joint mount

Hydro assist mount

I thought it might be a good idea to gusset the upper control arm mount since I have the ram mount tied into it

Started mocking up the shock brackets, I think I got the angle good enough for both static ride and full droop.

Lower mount

I had to do some trimming of the plastic mount on the left side
