Track Bar crushed exhast pipe?

I was removing my muffler to get at some bolts in my hitch of my new E1 bumper when I noticed my exhast pipe was kinked right above the rear axel. It looks like the rear track bar on my Teraflex 6" long arm LCG lift might have made contact. Take a look....

Has anybody else had this happen?

I want to relocate my muffler in front of my evap cannister , but the pipe is still going to have to travel this same route up and over the rear axle to get to the back of the jeep. Besides running no muffler or dumping before the axle, does anybody have an alternative route they have used? I don't want to get a $500 exhaust system put in and crush the pipe every time I offroad!

cool, thanks guys. yeah, there seems to be plenty of room between the floor deck and the pipe, not sure why the couldn't move it up just slightly. I know there are heat issues, but looks like there is some room to spare. OK, good to know, guess I can continue to use that route for my new piping. Thanks

Heat issues is right.. They have short tolerances for the pipe being that close to the body... You pointed it the correct thing, the track bar.
