Some have taken a small piece of rubber hose that is placed over the metal on which the latch clasp to hold the top down.

Do a search, I think it even had some pictures.

get a small piece of rubber tubing and slice it open length wise. then take that and place it over the square hooks on the windshield side of the roof latch and reattach the roof.

A tsb is a technical service bulletin. Its a bulletin that chrysler puts out notifying the dealers of an issue that can exist with vehicles listed in the bulletin. Just go to your dealer and tell them about the excessive wind noise.

I had the header bar (plastic one) replaced with the metal one per the TSB.

After doing so I can now hear all the other wind noise from the door and rear.

However, it is far better than before.
