Ariesbrush guard.

I have an Aries brush guard mounted on the stock front bumper...I'd like to fit an xrc winch.
Has anyone done this, with this setup?
Can you post picks so I can decide if the brush guard needs to go or not
I'd like to keep it but it looks like the center horizontal "light mount" would have to be cut out or off.
I am sure I've seen this somewhere, just cant find it ,now that I need it.
If this isnt a sensible option I need to convince my better half that we need a new setup
