Where is the squeal coming from? From the engine compartment? Some CAIs have airflow noise which can sound like a "whistle". If it is from the wheels themselves, you may have a wheel bearing shot? Not an expert but I've heard of it...

if its doing it when you are in park also then its most definitely the CAI. Stay away from any puddles you dont know the depth of with a CAI on a jeep or you could suck up water and hydrolock your engine.

My bet would be the CAI...may not be pulling enough air in to make the squeal while in park....but when you get on the gas it starts pulling more air...leave it in park and give it some gas and see if it starts squealing then. I had a cummins diesel with twin turbos and had terrible turbo whin when on the gas hard but was pretty quiet parked or under normal driving conditions.....and trust tkob on that water thing!!! He has experience with mud and water!!!

Does it seem to only make the squeal at a specific RPM range? If so then it's the CAI, if it makes it throughout I don't think it is. When I had the AirAid intake on I got a squeal right about at 1900 RPMS I think it was.
