spacer question

im still debating the thought of 33s vs 35s?
do you need spacers if your running 33x12.50R17 a.t. tires.

if i do need to run spacers can i just run them up front?

and do you need shock extensions if you go with a leveling kit since its only a little bit more height?

You may need them in the rear too to clear the sway bar/brake line bracket. I nearly ripped my rear brake line bracket of with the sway bar when flexing.

No - you don't... I had 1.75 spacers and shocks were fine. If you spacer the rear, you'll need sway bar mount drop blocks... I have a Rubicon not sure if that made any difference...

Yes.

No.

1.75" lift requires NOTHING but the coil spacers.

You don't have to install spacers but if you do install them all around not just in the front.

for the spacers....if you put the 33s on, look at the backside of the tires for the swaybar arms....look and see if you would clear them if you flex. If it looks like you will catch the arms, then put spacers. And agreed....if you put spacers on anywhere, put them all the way around.

Daystar supplies drop blocks with their rear 1.75 coil spacers - just for your information. It didn't say in the instructions that they were optional.

Also - I'm not sure I agree that if you spacer the front you should also put them on the rear - the reason many vendors sell the front and rear kits seperately is so that you can install them seperately. If you're just trying to eliminate rake, why raise the rear?
