After Market Tie Rod new option!!!

Testing the waters here.
I have built a beefy tierod for my JK and was wondering if anyone would be interested in having me make some more.

PROS:

They will cost less than the current market offerings.(Still waiting on quotes for labor before I can set a price.)

You can Reuse your current TREs or buy new ones. <<< cost savings

Made from aluminum so it will flex and spring back.

WILL WORK WITH 15in and 16in Rims
Most on the market today require a 17in rim which sucks.

CONS:

You will have to pop a TRE loose to set tow just like with the Rock Krawler option.

May not clear some aftermarket diff covers. Currently I can only test the Teraflex D44 offering. Probably Wont clear the Solid brand but the factory doesnt clear it.

specs.

1-1/2 7075 T651 aluminum
or
1 5/8 7075 T651

I was able to reuse my factory steering stabilizer clamp with some modification even at the 1-5/8s size.

Not sure why you were expecting anything other than that to happen.

thanks. did a lot of reading before i settled on this.
its a bit more money for the material than other options but i feel the strength and durability is worth it.

HaHa. Nice rod you got there (I bet all the guys tell you that eh?) Guesstimate on the pricepoint?

No surprise there on the ratman's banning...lol. What a turd he is and yup, karma's gonna rip his hole so big in the end that black holes will be having to fight for their fucking lives to keep from getting sucked in. He better enjoy what he still has left before it's too late.

And for your viewing pleasure again, the ratman as viewed in Tard-O-Vision....blow this up and post it in your garage as a dart board;

We have been thinking about doing something like this but making our own barrel nut so that you don't have to take it off to adjust it. This is the only option to run an aluminum tierod with 15 or 16" wheels.

09 Rubicon Unlimited on 42's with some stuff
