A bolt on kit will allow you to remove it when you sell your jeep.
A weld on kit removes the creativity and thought from the owner.
A custom coil over set up will let you optimize mounting locations for maximum suspension travel.
You can save quite a bit on the brackets if you fab your own or buy them from a place like ruff stuff over the bolt on or weld on kits out there.

There are lots of threads on here about coil overs with photos if you just use the search.

Front I would say best weld on is tribe 4x4. Fits perfect, and you will not beat their strength

$500 is a bit much for a tower. The tribe is similar to off road evolutions mount. There are several out there for much less that are plenty strong. There is even an adjustable one for $200 for the pair.
