Engo winch. Grinding noise?

Got my engo winch installed. Spooled it in under load and I think the gears make a lot more noise than I am used to (warn 9.5ti and tmax 12k). Here is a video of it. Going to call them tomorrow and send them the link. See what they say. I might just pull the end cap off and see if I can see anything, maybe pack it all with grease if nothing looks wrong. Thoughts?

Mine sounds just like that. They just happen to be really noisy winches.

My XRC12 has sounded like that for 4 years or so now, the planetaries were repacked awhile ago. Keeps working, so I'm not going to complain.
