For those that have used RROR Full Corners

Did you put any sort of "fill" in between the factory fender indentation and the corner itself? I am having a hard time finding pictures of installed corners where I can see the gap between the old fender mount indent and the corners.

Yep, I used black silicone between along the upper seam. There was one spot around the corner that was a bit too much of a gap to fill with just silicone so I sprayed some Great Stuff down there first.

That was my thought....great stuff should fill most of the gaps. I just wasn't sure of anything I may have missed. I have never actually seen them installed in person, and finding pictures has proved unsuccessful.

Any thing I need to look out for when installing?

Just keep in mind the corners might not fit right without some gentle caressing:

They should be pretty god. I had to straighten mine because I warped them welding the fender flares on to quickly. Can't beat their strength though, one piece press formed 3/16" steel is something no one else is offering (to the best of my knowledge.)

Thats fantastic, lol. I am going to run fenderless. Im thinking about getting some 1/8" mild steel to weld into the liner to give them a finished look, but that all depends on the tires I run and how much room I can give to "looks" over function.

Lol! Almost a year to the day... I actually thought I was going to be able to get back to work on it when I "finished" my YJ. Then my transmission shit the bed, which required a new transfer case too. Might as well swap in a fuel injected motor while I'm at it. Oh crap, new transfer case (241OR ftw!) requires a body lift. Well fawk 6 body mounts need reconstructive surgery. Good news is I'm down to the short strokes on that project I promise the JK will get some love soon.

I am a gentleman, sir. How I fill the gap is not appropriate for a family forum.

I hate the feeling of not being original...but fenderless, comp cut and stretched is exactly what I am doing. Love this rig.
