Random questions on noises from the rear...

2 weeks ago I rotated tires, checked/torqued bolts, and put my hardtop on. Since I've noticed some rattling which I traced to the hard top window struts. Has anybody ran into this? Solutions? I also have a thunk-thunk noise when I hit really bad bumps. I noticed my rear springs are bowed but not sure if that's what's causing it. In the morning I'm going to loosen up the control arms and re-torque them since I torqued them with out the hard top on, maybe that weight makes a difference on preload with the bowed coils. Anything I should check for while I'm back under there that I could have over looked? What about spring orientation? They are currently placed with the bottom end of the spring placed toward the front of the perch. 2dr RK 2.5 Max Travel on 35's. Thanks in advance.
