I have a Thule fold down hitch rack, I just bought a hitch extender from Princess Auto, down in the US you call it Harbor Freight. Any hitch mount rack will work. Bunch of different ones.

Most hitch mounted racks will need a hitch extender to clear the 35" tire. I use a Thule 2 bike carrier with an extension from Harbor Frieght and it works good

How about mounting them inside?

Here is my Saris. It works fine with 40's. I don't need an extender with my bumper and I don't think you would need it with a stock hitch.

As stated above

Saris cyclon pro or Thule T2 with hitch extended works great...
Carried mine with 37s just done this way.

I have a 4 bike Yakima hitch rack that tilts. You need a 12" extension to clear spare. Th ext will also work for 37" if you go bigger.

KUAT NV-1. Best rack made. Has integrated cable lock and a work stand when it's folded upright. It's solid and pricey, but after having so many issues with my Thule, I'd never go back.It even folds down so that I can open my rear gate.

Allen Sports Rack

I have the Allen Sports. Clears a 315/70 Duratrac (12.5" wide) with no extender and absolutely no wobble. Cheap too, ~$150. Rack has the pin to fold down, but the tire hits the bottom part if I open the tailgate.
