True custom fabrication???

ANyone doing a build with actual custom stuff?

Like, cutting the frame off and tubing out things. Removing floor pans, cutting/welding/grinding...etc.

Not bolt on parts. or modifying parts?

Its like we need a Section in here for doing real custom stuff.

Current project jeep 08' wrangler 2dr
Past jeep:
- 07' Rubicon 4 dr, RAMICON- 3.5" ROCK KRAWLER Coil-Over lift
- 5.38 gears- Gusseted/Trussed/inner sleeved
- 40" Pro Comp X-Terrain

In addition to Rex, I have another being built where most of it is custom. TNT uses my jeeps for prototypes. The new armor they are doing is cool.

Soon Rexy will be going in for major surgery.

Gotcha! Yeah I knew Rex was yours, Just didn't know if the other rig was yours. It looks like T&T was using that yellow JKU for some prototype parts.

https://www.jkowners.com/forum/showthread.php?t=87055

Built my own suspension, stretch, heat reduction hood, half doors, tube fenders, intake, exhaust, bumpers, and some other chit. This winter I am building a full custom cage, fuel cell, DT4 link rear, 14" CO's, and flat belly. All is done out of my house garage with no fancy equipment.

Hey Pat,
I'm interested in the rear corners on your new build. Who made them and did they use anything to fill the gap between them and the fender pocket? Thanks!

Check out our "Victim" build! We will also be doing a Wraith build in 2014 that is going to be pretty sick!

Jon, on my rig (named 001 for now) those are the prototypes for TnT trail corners. They just introduced them commercially last week, and have them mounted on their rig "yellar". So far they only have them for the 4dr.

I copied this from their facebook page:

TnT Guardian™ Trail Corners (4dr) are now available for pre-order. Full body protection from door to tailgate. Precision formed from .190" 6061 Aluminum - protection without the weight penalties of steel. Works with factory or aftermarket flares.

$649.95, powder coat available.

yeah that one is pretty amusing. Rex the dragster.

TnT is also developing an AL "skin" for the whole side of the JK. It'll be pretty cool.

They are about to start fabricating a cage with 2" pipe for for my other green rig. I'll post those as they post them.

Custom fenders, bumpers, suspension, cage, air intake, armor, most of the frame cross members have been removed and rebuilt to allow for a 109" wb. All built by me in my garage at home.
