Penstar MPGs with 35's and 37's

I have seen a few threads on here but people tend to not clarify which motor they have when they list their setup. I currently have 3.73's and an auto. I was thinking if i do 35's I would keep the 3.73's since mine is a non rubi. If i was going to do 37's i think the best gear ratio for me would be 4.56. Now keep in mind this is a daily driver, and I am usually doing 75-80 on the freeway. Currently Im getting 17-18, sometimes 19-20 on long trips.

List your gear/tire/trans setup with MPGs with your 12MY and up Penstar motor.

Thanks

On the stock rubi tires and 4.10 gears with automatic transmission I was getting about 18mpg on avg for highway/city combined. On longer trips (Moab) I was able to get about 19-19.5 mpg.

With 37s and stock gearing I'm getting 15ish when I baby it around town. I haven't had it on the highway much since lifting though so I can't give any numbers there but can tell you that RPMs are a lot lower...but it also downshifts quite a bit now. I'm in the process of getting quotes for a regear.

3.6L - 2013 JKU
3.73 gears
auto trans
2" leveling kit
cut flares front and rear
35x12.50-17 Falken Rocky Mountain ATS on Black Rock Viper wheels. DiabloSport Trinity T-1000 tuner running 91 octane tune, and speedo adjust, throttle response boost.
about 17.1 mpg average per tank hand calculated.
75-76 mph in AZ, 80 miles round trip to work, about 2400 rpm.
HIGHLY recommend those tires for daily driver, super smooth, quiet.
Great daily driver.
mileage was about the same before the T-1000 tuner.

hope this helps.

Go slower! For me (2012, 35's and 3.21 6 speed), 75-80mph = 13-14 mpg
55-65= 16-18.5 mpg

How fast are you driving? I pretty much want to run your exact setup. How's the MC?

2012 JKUR Manual
5.13
37x12.50 Nitto Trail Grapplers

I can actually get 16-17 MPG city if I take it easy. On the highway, I am lucky to get 14.5MPG running 70-75MPH on flat highway. On hilly highway 12-13MPG is more likely.
