Dual battery gauge - A pillar mount

So I finally received my A pillar dual gauge mount from Quadratec. The install was quite simple, since I already had the wiring done for my dual battery power gauges. Figured I would post some pictures in case anyone else is tempted to do something similar.

Gauges are normally used on a battery powered forklift, 12-24v reading, and are keyed to turn on when you start the vehicle or by a switch. Name: 1381077708856.jpg

These are the clips on the stock no mount pillar cover.

A comparison of the stock (left) and the Quadratec mount (right). You can see the gauges fit nicely and cable management isn't really an issue. Plenty of room.
There is a drilling template for JKs that do not have the same mounting system. It was very easy to use and took only a couple extra minutes.

Mount installed. Granted it's a bit darker than I'd care for, I think it is a much nicer look than how I originally had the gauges installed. Only thing I would change is the angle that the gauges are tilted but that's me being picky.

I hope this helps anyone make their rig designs better or at least provides some info on a very simple install.

They literally are from a fork lift. I used to work at a forklift dealership so they were easy to come across. Any 12v battery gauge (fuel gauge) from a battery powered forklift should work just fine.
