Drag link flip with RK 2.5" lift - anyone done it?

Has anyone done the drag link flip with the RK 2.5 lift? If so do you have any pics that show frame clearance? I know that RK doesn't recomend it but I think it would help me and I got about 3.5" lift on my 2dr so I am leaning that way.

I will prob get the synergy kit unless I stick with RK - thoughts on the selection are welcome as well.

Same lift/height and yup.
Iirc there's right around 3--3.5 between the drag link and frame. I'm cutting it close with TF's 2.75 bumpstop but no contact yet.

Actually, somebody questioned a flip with these coils on another forum. I went out in the rain to grab a measurement. There's around 5" of clearance between the drag link and frame.

You need 3" bump stops for it to clear a passenger stuff and full passenger lock. I notched mine 1.5" and am running 1.5" bumps. It clears by less than .25" at full compression.

Nice ... Fwiw. I'm not disagreeing with you. I know 3" bump stop is required.

Edit: lol... You're all over the place

I am running Reid knuckles with the Synergy drag link flipped and Artech raised track bar bracket. Wth my RK Max Travel 2.5 lift and 2.75 inch bump stops it works perfect. They say it requires 3 inches but it works perfectly for me. I have 1/2 inch uptravel left on my shocks at full bump stop compression.

It is hands down my favorite upgrade and has a remarkable impact on tightening the steering and increases predictability of handling.

I would venture to say you'll be just fine with the flipped drag link and RK's 2.5" coils on your two door.

I have a 3.5" X-Factor on my Jeep, but the track bar, drag link, front track bar bracket, and tie rod are all Synergy. I love the easy adjustment.
